Wolverine writer Mark Bomback has been hired to work on the script for Fifty Shades of Grey.

The screenwriter has been called in to improve Kelly Marcel’s draft, according to The Wrap.

Bomback is the latest addition to the screenwriting team after Patrick Marber, who worked on Closer, was also hired to make some adjustments.

Mark has worked on Unstoppable, The Wolverine and Live Free or Die Hard.

It was announced this week that the production start date for the film adaptation of EL James’ erotic best-seller had been moved from November to December 2.

Jamie Dornan was recently cast as Christian Grey after replacing Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam, who dropped out blaming his busy TV schedule.

He will be acting opposite Dakota Johnson, who will play Anastasia Steele.

Fifty Shades of Grey, which will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, will be released on August 1, 2014.
